We are looking for an empathetic, responsible, reliable, and communicative colleague who is passionate about working with homeless individuals and contributing to the provision of quality social services. This position is also suitable for students of part-time or distance learning programs who meet the qualification requirements under Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services. Our long-term vision is to assist the most vulnerable who would otherwise go without support. Job Description: - Key worker for clients of Dům sv. Pavla services (low-threshold day center, night shelter) - Target group: homeless individuals - Individual work with clients - Basic social counseling Required Skills: - Minimum education level: higher vocational or university degree – in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services; education is a requirement under applicable law; recent graduates may also be considered - Knowledge of SQSS and individual planning - Understanding of the social services sector - Computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) - Administrative competence - Class B driver's license (advantageous) - Clean criminal record - Ability to work as part of a team - High work commitment - Reliability, responsibility, flexibility - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions We Offer: - Meaningful full-time employment - Fixed-term contract (maternity leave replacement) with possibility of extension - Flexible working hours - 5 weeks vacation - 2 days of sick leave - Base salary 32 300 Kč, with salary increase based on personal assessment after probation period; possibility of additional bonuses - Training and support for personal development - Backing of a stable organization Work Location: České Budějovice Start Date: By agreement If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please send a structured CV by email to the HR department to Ing.
