This is a position within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare and social workers at a mental health center, focused on individual and long-term support for people with mental illness, taking place primarily in everyday environments (at the client's home, in a café, at an office, etc.). The mental health center offers new support possibilities, a fresh perspective on care, and an approach to recovery for people with mental illness.
