- Job responsibilities: In this supervisory role, you will be part of the management team of the Senior Home and Special Regime Home in Vážany. Your work will include organizing and ensuring educational and care services at the facility, with a focus on consulting and coordinating activities provided to social services staff. You will assess individual needs of persons and groups in difficult life situations, develop solution proposals for them, and participate in joint planning and evaluation.
- We offer: Full-time employment (40 hours per week), single-shift operation, start date from 01.11.2026, 5 weeks vacation, meal allowance, opportunities for further education and professional development, support from a stable organization, position classified in pay grade 10, salary determined based on credited work experience, supervisory allowance included with base salary, personal allowance provided after probation period
- Requirements for employment: Higher professional or university education in a bachelor's or master's degree program focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law, or special pedagogy as per Act No. 108/2006 Coll., the Social Services Act, as amended, knowledge of the Social Services Act and related legislation, proven work experience in the field, experience managing social services administration and documentation, professional conduct, ability to lead and motivate a team of workers, ability to communicate openly, skill in handling routine operational problems and conflict resolution in the workplace, computer literacy is essential, criminal record clearance, driving license category "B"
