Who We Are A Low-Threshold Facility for Children and Youth (NZDM) is a free social service (often called a "low-threshold" center or club) for children ages 6 to 26 who are in or at risk of adverse life situations. Our goal is to offer a safe space for leisure time, prevention of risky behavior, and professional assistance with challenges. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a new colleague for the position of Social Worker. A Social Worker at NZDM provides anonymous, free assistance and a safe space for children at risk of socially undesirable situations. They offer counseling, tutoring, recreational activities, and support during difficult life circumstances (family problems, school, bullying), with the goal of social inclusion and risk prevention. Their work includes creating individual plans, providing direct support, and offering methodological assistance to children. They collaborate with other partners and institutions. They contribute to prevention and the creation of support measures. We are looking for a team player who will actively participate in developing our service.
