Position offered - Social Rehabilitation Specialist for Group Housing/Day Care Services for persons with mental health disorders Main job duties: • Assess clients' social functioning abilities; • Identify social functioning barriers; • Determine skill and ability levels; • Identify needs, wishes and opportunities in accordance with clients' functional abilities; • Develop and promote clients' social and daily living skills; • Participate in developing and implementing clients' individual social rehabilitation plans; • Implement daily activities and programs for Group Housing/Day Care Service clients; • Help clients overcome difficulties and motivate them towards change; • Accompany and represent clients in various institutions when necessary. Requirements for candidates: • First level higher education, Social Rehabilitation Specialist qualification; • Ability to work in a team; • Excellent knowledge of Latvian language; • Ability to independently plan and organize your work, make decisions; • Ability to forecast and evaluate the potential impact of decisions; • Skills in working with office equipment, MS Office proficiency at user level.
