Join Our Team! Valmiera Preschool Education Institution "Krācītes" (hereinafter – Institution) is hiring a social pedagogue (0.24 full-time equivalent position) for an indefinite period. Work location: Pārgaujas iela 11A, Valmiera, Valmieras novads. If you have the desire to: • plan and implement social pedagogical activities at the Institution; • conduct social pedagogical activities at the Institution; • provide support to students, parents, and educators in social pedagogical matters and conflict resolution; • collaborate with preschool teachers and Institution support staff; • collaborate with social services, guardianship courts, and other state and municipal institutions; • participate in the Institution's pedagogical work; and if you have: • education and professional development for educators in accordance with regulatory requirements (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Educators and Procedures for Continuous Professional Development of Educators"); • compliance with requirements specified in the Education Law and the Child Rights Protection Law; • state language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements; • competencies: professional communication with children, parents, and colleagues; ability to work in a team and manage time; we offer: • remuneration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 "Regulations on Pedagogues' Remuneration", 282.00 EUR per month before tax; • employer co-financed health insurance after the probation period, as well as other social guarantees/benefits based on work results and regulatory provisions; • creative and interesting work in a responsive and friendly team.
