No. 90009226487 BRANCH "RĪGA" Kapseļu Street 31, Rīga invites applications for a permanent position SOCIAL WORKER (2635 01) REQUIREMENTS: Second-level professional higher education in social work or charitable social work; Experience working with clients and in social case management; Ability to assess the quality of social care and social rehabilitation services provided; Ability to collect, analyze, and process information obtained during the care and rehabilitation process; Knowledge of client health care issues, psychology, pedagogy, and social work; Experience working in a team, ability to create, manage, and promote team operations using various creative methods; Compliance with the requirements of Section 72 of the Child Protection Law; State language proficiency level C1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify client's social needs and identify social problems; Create an interprofessional team, ensure its management and long-term functioning; Maintain client documents, creating a client file and preparing an individual social care and social rehabilitation plan as a separate nomenclature document; Regularly update client documents within established timeframes; Coordinate the development of the client's individual social care and social rehabilitation plan in cooperation with members of the interprofessional team, in accordance with the results of the client's functional capacity assessment and needs; Provide the client with support in resolving social problems and provide information about opportunities to improve their social situation; Conduct surveys of clients and client relatives, review client suggestions and complaints; Provide recommendations to the structural unit manager regarding improvements to the quality of the social care/social rehabilitation process. WE OFFER: Base salary from 1,144.00 to 1,445.00 EUR (depending on previous professional qualifications and competencies. After the probation period, salary determination will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular working hours); Normal reduced working hours (35 hours per week); Additional vacation up to eight working days in accordance with annual work performance evaluation; Valuable work experience; Friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues; Health insurance after 3 months of employment.
