Main job duties: perform social work with clients; manage the process of social care and rehabilitation; attract resources and services to improve client quality of life; develop client files, work with the Municipal Social Assistance and Social Services Administration application SOPA; establish inter-institutional cooperation. Requirements for candidates: second-level professional higher education in social work or charitable social work; desired experience in social work; ability to work with the Social Assistance Administration application SOPA and MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet; excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills, ability to make quick and independent decisions in non-standard situations, ability to work creatively; ability to work in a team; excellent knowledge of Latvian language; good skills in working with office equipment.
