No. 90009226487 At the "RĪGA" Branch Kapseļu iela 31, Rīga We are recruiting for an indefinite period SOCIAL EDUCATOR (PROFESSION CODE 5311 06) Workload 0.75 REQUIREMENTS: Professional secondary education; Desirable experience and knowledge in pedagogy or social care working with children and youth; Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team with other professionals; Compliance with the requirements of Section 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; State language proficiency level B2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide social education appropriate to the child's age and health status; Provide support to the child in problem-solving, learning subjects, prepare and accompany the child to school; Motivate the child to participate in activities, plan and provide creative and sports activities suited to the child's abilities, meaningful leisure time; Participate in the implementation of the social care and social rehabilitation plan; Guide the child's individual development based on the social rehabilitation plan. WE OFFER: Base salary from 588.00 to 819.75 EUR (depending on previous professional qualification competencies. After the probation period, salary determination will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular working hours); 25% supplement for work associated with special risk; Summarized working time (according to work schedule); Supplement for night and holiday work; Additional leave according to annual work performance evaluation; Three working days of additional leave for work associated with special risk; Professional colleagues and growth opportunities; Bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement; Health insurance after 3 (three) months of employment.
