(Registration No. 90000039319) Rīga Social Care Center "Gaiļezers" (hereinafter – Center) announces a competition for Social Care Department social care worker (profession code: 3412 01) position for an indefinite period Position Purpose: Provide social care services to Center clients who cannot provide them themselves due to age or functional disabilities. Requirements: first-level professional higher education in the field of social care; practical work experience in the field of social care; knowledge of the state language as required by regulatory acts; good computer skills (Software use: MS Office, ELISS) and office equipment, independence in task completion and ability to organize your own work and manage the work of others, good communication skills. Main Position Responsibilities: lead, organize and supervise social care for Center clients, i.e. develop and monitor individual social care plans for clients, monitor the client feeding process; lead, organize and supervise the work of caregivers, i.e. organize caregivers' work according to schedule, propose necessary changes to caregiver work schedules; participation in interdisciplinary team work, including involvement of Center specialists in ensuring client social care; document client care processes in client records; motivate clients to participate in leisure activities at the Center and outside it; maintain contact with client family members in the interests of clients.
