Social Media Manager / Content Creator (Instagram & Facebook) - Karlovy Vary Do you want to build a brand that stands out? We're looking for an experienced professional to take over the complete management of our social media and help us elevate our communication to the next level. We're not just looking for a Facebook and Instagram manager, but a creative marketer who can plan, create content, shoot videos, and understands advertising campaigns. Work location: Karlovy Vary. This is an in-house full-time position (HPP). This role requires daily in-person presence at the company and is not suitable for freelancers, external contractors, or marketing agencies. We're looking for a colleague who will become part of our team and develop our brands long-term. What will your responsibilities include? o Complete management of company profiles on Instagram and Facebook. o Development of content strategy and communication plan. o Preparation and publication of posts, Stories, and Reels. o Shooting and editing short videos for social media. o Planning, setting up, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads. o Building brand awareness and increasing engagement. o Evaluating campaign results and proposing further optimization. o Coming up with new ideas and monitoring trends on social media. What do we expect from you? o Proven experience managing company profiles on Instagram and Facebook. o Perfect knowledge of the social media environment and current trends. o Practical experience with Meta Ads. o Ability to prepare a long-term communication plan. o Experience creating photos, videos, Reels, and Stories. o Independence, creativity, and attention to detail. o Willingness to work in-person in Karlovy Vary. o Desire to take responsibility for developing our social media presence.
