SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR VOON COLLECTIVE Voon Collective is behind the restaurants Miss Voon, GOMA, and INDIA'S. We operate restaurants with distinct identities, where food, beverages, people, and environment come together to create the experience. We're now looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Creator who can capture what happens in our restaurants and transform it into relevant, engaging content tailored to each brand. This is an operational content role where you're responsible for the process from idea to publication. You film, photograph, edit, and publish content, primarily for Instagram and TikTok. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who is responsible for strategy, campaigns, and brand development. For larger productions, we also collaborate with external creatives. Your role is to create the ongoing, fast-moving, and social-first content in between. Responsibilities You will, among other things: create Reels, TikToks, and Stories from idea to publication film and photograph food, beverages, people, events, and restaurant environments capture spontaneous moments and quickly transform them into content plan, publish, and follow up on content continuously collaborate closely with restaurant teams around current events and activities build and organize a photo and video archive test new formats and ideas analyze which content engages, reaches, and contributes to traffic and bookings Who are you? The most important thing for us is that you have a strong sense of brand. Miss Voon, GOMA, and INDIA'S have different identities, tonality, and visual expressions. You need to be able to understand the differences between them and create content that feels right for each brand. We believe you: have experience with content creation, social media, or similar work can film and edit independently have a strong visual eye for image, light, composition, and movement understand what works on Instagram and TikTok are curious, proactive, and self-driven can both plan content and capture what's happening in the moment thrive in a social and fast-paced restaurant environment Experience from restaurants, hotels, fashion, music, lifestyle, or similar is a plus. About the role The position initially comprises approximately 50%, with opportunities to develop. Work takes place primarily on-site at our restaurants in Stockholm, but the role also includes Miss Voon Uppsala and Miss Voon Skellefteå. Evening and weekend work occurs.
