Requirements: Communication skills and pleasant demeanor with clients, good knowledge of the local area, general knowledge, logical thinking, excellent numerical ability, attention to detail, financial and criminal background clearance, knowledge of PC work (Excel), experience handling cash (advantageous), language skills in English or German, commitment to upholding the company's reputation. Job Responsibilities: Handle cash currency exchange, provide excellent customer service and expertise in the currency exchange field, maintain professional communication with clients and handle their transactions, exercise maximum care and responsibility when working with cash, collaborate with colleagues at other branches, precise knowledge of selling supplementary products.
