Smelter Operator wanted for an industrial company in Vimmerby kommun. Eterni Sweden AB is now seeking smelter operators for a well-established industrial company in Vimmerby kommun. We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and industrial environment and wants to work in production where safety, precision, and responsibility are important. WORK DUTIES As a smelter operator, you will work in the company's smeltery and be an important part of production. Your duties may include: Monitoring and managing the smelting process Preparation and handling of materials Handling of raw materials and castings Truck and overhead crane operation Inspection and monitoring of the production process Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Sorting and handling of materials Following safety procedures and production instructions The work is practical and physical, and you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient and safe production. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with experience from industry, preferably from foundries, smelters, or other heavy manufacturing industries. You are practically minded, precise, and have an aptitude for learning new work tasks. To thrive in this role, we would like to see that you: Have experience in industrial work Have a forklift license Have experience with overhead crane operation Are accustomed to working according to safety and work instructions Are precise and responsible Are comfortable with physical work Can work independently but also collaborate with others Experience from a foundry or smelter is a plus, but experience from other heavy industries may also be relevant.
