Experience in the field, physical fitness, manual dexterity, good health condition, independence, responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability Job duties: preparing charges according to calculations, loading material into the furnace, assisting the molder during casting into prepared molds, knocking out damaged refractory bricks from furnaces and ladles, handling crane equipment and powered industrial trucks. Monitoring the condition of production equipment. Responsibility for economical operation of production equipment. Reporting equipment failures and work obstacles.
