Job Description With us, you'll have the chance to develop in a responsible role with good opportunities for future full-time employment. We're looking for you to work extra as needed right now, and to strengthen our operations during the summer period from early June through mid-September 2027, when demand for our staff is at its highest. You need to be available to work both weekdays and weekends. To be eligible for the position, you also need to be able to start your training by mid-May 2027, if you don't begin your employment earlier. For obvious reasons, we cannot tell you exactly where you will work or which facilities are covered by the assignment. That's part of the responsibility that comes with the role of security guard. What we can promise, however, is that you will be part of something bigger. You will contribute to protecting operations, locations, and functions that are important to society's security and functioning. Behind every shift is an assignment that makes a difference, even if it's not always visible on the surface. It's about protecting what must function – around the clock, year-round. The work is varied and may include both stationary and mobile surveillance, access control, or work in a security control center. Security surveillance is conducted both indoors and outdoors, day and night. The length of work shifts varies, but is often arranged in 12-hour shifts according to a rotating schedule. Since we operate in a business that runs all year, it includes work on both weekdays and weekends. You may: Protect socially critical operations from unauthorized access and other threats Conduct inspections according to applicable regulations and instructions Cooperate with personnel and authorities on security matters Be authorized to carry weapons We are security. Qualifications Requirements: Trained security guard (civilian or military) with valid certification Passed grade in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English Class B driver's license Completed and approved security clearance, as the position is classified (conducted by us as part of the recruitment process) Completed weapons training (conducted over 5 business days) Availability for work up to full-time during June through early September 2027 Meritorious: Previous experience with security of protected facilities, other surveillance, or security work Previously completed security clearances Weapons training (HAS) OC-spray training We're looking for a person with integrity, maturity, and the ability to take responsibility – both for your own and others' safety. Important to Know: You may be employed by another security company during the recruitment process. However, if you are offered a position with us, you cannot have parallel employment with another security company. This is because the role is security classified, and such a situation would constitute a conflict of interest. Clarification for those with military security guard training: if you have completed security guard training with the Swedish Armed Forces as part of the Armed Forces' basic training (GMU), this can be validated for civilian use. The security guard training and GMU must have been completed in 2016 or later, and your training certificate must not be older than five years at the time of application. You should have the documentation ready in your application, as it may take time to request from the Armed Forces. Security Clearance Please note that the position is security classified and requires you to undergo a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved under applicable regulations, security interviews, background checks, and register checks will be conducted. The assessment aims to investigate lawfulness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities according to the Swedish Security Police's regulations and guidance. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment of you, your life situation, and financial circumstances when evaluating your suitability. Where applicable, equivalent checks may be conducted on the person you live with or have a similar relationship with.
