Security Guard/Operator – Full-Time Day Shift Do you want to work in an important and responsible role where security, technology and people are in focus? We are now looking for a committed and professional security guard with operator focus who wants to contribute to a safe and secure operation. About the Position As a security guard with operator focus, you have a central function in daily security work. You work with monitoring, assessing and handling security-related incidents in real-time as well as supporting the operation through professional communication and efficient incident management. The role suits you if you are confident in your professional role, have a high security mindset and enjoy working with technical systems. You have the ability to make well-founded decisions even in situations that require quick action. The position is a full-time position with working hours during daytime. Note that the position involves carrying weapons, which places high demands on responsibility, judgment and professionalism. Who Are You? We are looking for you who: Have previous experience from work within security or similar security operations. Are an approved security guard according to current requirements. Are approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company. Are service-oriented and have good communication skills. Enjoy working with technical systems and via telephone. Are calm, structured and have good multitasking ability. Are self-driving, thorough and confident in a changing environment. Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Are without criminal record and have orderly finances.
