About the Role
As a shelter technician in this position, you work with everything from minor maintenance and adjustments to larger shelter projects. Most assignments are preceded by an inspection protocol and take place at the customer's location. You have an important role in ensuring installations and assembly are carried out with high quality and that the customer receives professional treatment throughout the entire process. The role is practical and varied, combining assembly work with service and problem-solving.
You work on assignments out in the field, both independently and with colleagues, with freedom under responsibility as a natural part of your daily work. At the same time, you're part of a cohesive team where you support each other and work toward common goals. The day starts with a shared breakfast at 06:45, work begins at 07:00 and ends at 16:00 at the office in Malmö.
About You
We're looking for someone with an interest and practical experience in shelter construction. You're practical-minded and, not least, solution-oriented. Since work usually takes place at the customer's location, we require you to have a well-developed service sense and social skills. The work is physically demanding. You thrive in a role where the pace is sometimes high and where you need to handle multiple projects in parallel without losing structure or quality. Since you work close to a small team, it's important that you're attentive, cooperative, and communicative. You contribute to an open and unpretentious work environment where people support each other and share knowledge. At the same time, you're confident in yourself and dare to make decisions, drive issues forward, and take responsibility for your projects.
The following are requirements for the position:
- Knowledge and experience in shelter construction
- Swedish citizenship
- No criminal convictions
- Not under economic garnishment
- No current or previous substance abuse
- Class B driver's license
