School Nurse at Lemshaga Akademi – Full-time Temporary Position (100%)

Lemshaga Akademi is now seeking a full-time school nurse for a long-term temporary position starting immediately. The position extends through August 2028.
Lemshaga Akademi is an independent F–9 school located on Värmdö with approximately 468 students and 70 staff members. About the Position
As a school nurse, you are responsible for medical services within student health and work both preventatively and promotively. The role includes health visits, vaccinations, open clinic hours, documentation and follow-up, as well as contact with students, guardians, and external healthcare providers.
You are also an important part of the school's student health efforts and work closely with the principal, assistant principal, special educators, specialized teachers, school counselor, and career guidance counselor. The school psychologist and school physician are affiliated with the operation and participate regularly in student health work.
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute a medical perspective while enjoying working closely with the school's other professionals.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a licensed nurse, preferably with further training as a district nurse, pediatric nurse, or school nurse. Experience working in student health is a merit.
As a person, you are confident and independent in your profession, while also valuing collaboration. You have an ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people and meet students, guardians, and colleagues with warmth, respect, and professionalism.
We especially value that you are organized, responsible, solution-oriented, and want to be an active part of the school's daily life.
