Job Responsibilities · Develop students' spoken and written language skills. · Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, written language, and reading abilities. · Organize speech-language therapy groups based on students' age, language disorders, and cognitive development level. · Provide individual instruction to students when necessary. · Consult with students, parents, and educators. · Prepare written reports on students' speech and written language development as required by applicable regulations. · Monitor students' developmental progress and conduct self-analysis of work. · Plan work activities and conduct self-evaluation. · Participate in educational institution pedagogical council meetings and other meetings related to instruction and educational work. · Maintain documentation according to requirements set by the educational institution. · Ensure student safety and compliance with the educational institution's internal regulations. · Immediately report to the educational institution administration any instances of emotional or physical abuse against students within or outside the institution. · Enhance professional competencies. · Comply with work procedures and ethical standards. · Complete individual assignments from management. Required Competencies and Skills for Performing Job Duties · Higher professional pedagogical education, continuing education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 157 of 08.05.2022. Knowledge of legislation regulating the education field. · Knowledge of instructional and educational content and teaching methodology for relevant subjects. · Understanding of developmental characteristics specific to students' age groups and psychological principles of interpersonal communication. · Decision-making ability. · Ability to plan and organize personal and student work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives. · Communication and collaboration skills. · State language proficiency at an advanced level. · Ability to work with office equipment and information technology.
