We are seeking either a CARETAKER or an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - who will also manage and oversee the work of staff in the cleaning department (with a supervisory allowance).
CARETAKER:
Work engagement 0.75-1.00 FTE as agreed. Employment contract for a fixed term with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term upon mutual satisfaction.
We expect: secondary technical education in technical or trade fields; manual dexterity and versatility; ability to think independently and solve problems; basic computer skills; reliability and responsibility; time flexibility to handle unexpected situations (equipment failures, snow calamities, etc.); good communication skills – cooperation with school management, the founding authority, companies, etc.; clean criminal record and health fitness.
Expected job duties: specialized caretaking work for school repairs and maintenance, equipment, technical installations; lawn mowing on premises, maintenance of shrubs and trees; sidewalk maintenance during winter; monitoring energy consumption; inspection of roof condition, technical condition of the building, premises and school inventory; arranging inspections; arranging maintenance and repairs performed by municipal workers and contractors; checking technical equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards; operating boiler room equipment, heat regulation during the heating season, etc.
Salary and working conditions: base salary 27 160 Kč for a full-time position, personal allowance after training period, bonuses for completion of special tasks. Morning and afternoon shifts during the week as agreed - based on organizational operational needs.
