Ropažu novada pašvaldības Centrālā administrācija registration No. LV90000067986 invites applications for STUDENT ESCORT (profession code 5311 03) Main duties: ensure escort of students registered with Ropažu novada pašvaldība to and from Gaismas pamatskola; accompany students in the vehicle to and from the educational institution; ensure student safety, supervision, and appropriate behavior in the vehicle during the trip; provide assistance in unforeseen situations; if necessary, help students socialize during the trip; if necessary, coordinate communication with student parents. Requirements for candidates: basic or secondary education; knowledge of how to communicate with young people with special needs and physical and mental development characteristics; psychological resilience and high communication skills; organization, self-control, patience, perseverance, and the ability to respond quickly to non-standard situations; ability to provide first aid; excellent command of the state language. We offer: opportunity to work in a dynamic, development-oriented municipality; part-time work – five-day work week (30 hours per week). Each work day 6 hours – 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon (trip to and from the educational institution), in accordance with the student bus schedule (Ropaži-Gaismas pamatskola-Ropaži); salary of €618 before tax; health insurance (after probation), additional vacation, vacation bonus, vision aid purchase compensation, and other social guarantees.
