Position as Deputy Director in the Education Field at Grundzāles Elementary School
Grundzāles Elementary School of Smiltenes Municipality (Reg. No. 40900005927) invites applications for the position of Deputy Director in the Education Field.

Your main responsibilities:
· plan, organize, and ensure high-quality pedagogical education in accordance with regulatory requirements;
· participate in the development of school regulatory documents and ensure their compliance;
· evaluate the education process and its results, inform teachers, students, and their parents;
· organize your work in accordance with the school's goals and objectives;
· engage in projects implemented by the school.
We will value you for:
· education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Pedagogues";
· compliance with the requirements established by the Education Law and the Children's Rights Protection Law;
· understanding of legislative matters related to the education field;
· state language proficiency at the highest level;
· previous experience in this or similar position is preferred;
· competencies: ability to organize, manage, and plan subordinates' work; ability to analyze problems, identify priorities; ability to make decisions continuously and take responsibility; good communication and interpersonal skills, digital skills, psychological resilience; accuracy and initiative, flexibility.
We offer you:
· part-time position (0.75 workload) for an indefinite period;
· salary in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 "Regulations on Teachers' Remuneration" (€1645 for a full workload);
· health insurance after the trial period or after three months of work and other benefits in accordance with applicable regulations;
