What Your Day Will Look Like:
Morning Preparation and Organization
" Day Planning: Checking orders in systems (Dis, Label Printer) and communicating with the team.
" Workplace Setup: Preparing boxes, packing materials, and equipment (PC, mobile device, scanner).
Order Picking and Packing
" Goods Preparation: Picking orders, shipments, and transfers using a mobile application.
" Quality Control: Verifying that all items in the order match and are not damaged.
" Precise Packing: Placing goods into boxes, filling with material, and applying correct shipping labels.
Handling and Dispatch
" Pallet Work: Stacking packages on pallets according to carrier rules and using a pallet jack.
" Carrier Handoff: Assisting with loading shipments into vehicles and printing handover protocols.
" Personal Pickups: Delivering orders to customers directly at the main warehouse.
Administration and Warehouse Maintenance
" Paperwork: Filing shipment documents, protocols, and checking receipts.
" Warehouse Organization: Restocking packaging materials, cleaning the workplace, organizing pallets, and returning boxes to their proper locations.
What We Expect From You:

" Eye for Detail: Responsibility for correctly preparing orders and accurately applying shipping labels.
" Quality Assurance: Checking goods before packing so they reach the customer in perfect condition.
" Communication: Promptly reporting any issues or shortages of materials to your supervisor.
" Work Ethic: Following carrier regulations, health and safety guidelines, and maintaining workplace order.
Everything Else We're Happy to Teach You (Previous Experience is Not Required!)
" Working with Equipment: We'll teach you how to use barcode scanners, warehouse PCs, and our mobile application.
" Company Systems: Experience with programs like Dis or LabelPrinter is an advantage, but not required.
" Warehouse Operations: We'll show you how to safely operate a pallet jack.
" Driver's License: Having a Group B driver's license is beneficial for you, but if you don't have it, that's fine.
