What will you do with us? - receive goods, unpack, label, and store them properly - pick and prepare orders - pack and prepare shipments for dispatch - collaborate with colleagues from sales and purchasing departments to keep everything running smoothly - sometimes lift heavier boxes - your muscles will come in handy Who are we looking for? - someone reliable, hardworking, and physically fit - tractor parts are no joke - someone who can pull their weight and handle peak times when needed - someone fast but careful - it's not a race, but accuracy counts - ideally someone ready to start as soon as possible Advantages, but not requirements: - interest in machinery, agriculture, or spare parts - ideas on how to improve warehouse efficiency - we're happy to listen What do we offer you? - full-time employment in a single-shift operation (no night shifts or weekends) - regular working hours and dinner at home every day - 5 days of additional vacation per year beyond the legal minimum - monthly performance bonuses - annual bonus up to 13th month salary - hiring bonus of 10,000 Kč - Multisport card at a discounted rate - meal vouchers - free coffee, tea, and fruit at the workplace - great team, relaxed management, pleasant environment in Kuřim - company team-building events and shared breakfasts Interested?
