Warehouse Associate for e-shop Sportovna (m/f)

We're looking for a team member to join our warehouse and shipping team for our e-shop Sportovna! Are you the engine that keeps our warehouse running? The person who makes sure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition? What will be your daily responsibilities? • Preparing, carefully checking, and packing orders. • Receiving, processing, and storing new merchandise. • Maintaining warehouse organization and conducting regular inventory counts. • Communicating with delivery partners and collaborating with colleagues in retail stores. What do we expect from you? • Manual dexterity and good physical fitness - you'll work up a sweat sometimes. • Reliability and a responsible approach - customer satisfaction depends on your work. • Basic PC skills (we'll teach you the rest quickly and happily). • Time flexibility for early morning shifts - during peak seasons, Sunday shifts may be required. • The ability to think and solve problems independently as they arise. What would make you stand out (though it's not required)? • Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience. • Experience working with barcode readers. • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams. • An active interest in sports - you'll know what our customers are receiving. And the best part - what we're offering? • Work only early morning shifts - afternoons and evenings are yours. • Fair compensation with a motivating structure: • Base salary of 27,000 - 30,000 Kč/month (depending on your experience). • Plus individual bonuses based on meeting your personal performance goals (KPI).
