Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany, and Poland, we support renowned customers in the field of switchboard manufacturing, installations, technology commissioning, and system maintenance. We are looking for a motivated professional for our Warehouse and Shipping Department. Main Job Responsibilities: • Receipt of goods (visual incoming inspection) and verification of accompanying documents • Storage, issuance of goods, inventories • Update of inventory data, maintenance of records on material movement and inventory overview, potential communication regarding reports with the accounting and purchasing departments • Work in internal IT warehouse management system, Excel, Word • Upon project completion – sorting and storage of materials brought from the construction site • Communication with carriers for shipping, arrangement of transportation, packaging materials for shipment • Preparation of material items for final shipment of individual projects (including documentation).
