Effective: 3/23/2026 WAREHOUSE WORKER / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Men, Women) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - packing and assembling packages for e-shop = 70-80% of work duties - receiving and issuing goods from warehouse = 10-20% of work duties - occasional lawn maintenance (mowing, fertilizing, vertical mowing, etc.) = 5-10% - minor maintenance and support work on company facilities and grounds = 5-10% - monitoring and inventory control of warehouse stock. WE REQUIRE: - maximum responsibility, loyalty, flexibility, and common sense - basic computer skills (warehouse software operation, etc.) - organizational abilities, attention to detail, independence, willingness to learn new things - Class B driver's license; Class B forklift certification is a plus (not required) - proactive approach and not just blind task completion - ability to quickly learn new requirements - time flexibility during peak seasons - polite behavior and communication with people and customers - sense of organization and enthusiasm for work - ability to handle stressful situations.
