Responsibilities As a shift leader at Estrella, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Your main tasks include: Lead and coach operators to achieve production targets. Ensure quality and safety standards are met. Plan and optimize workflows and resource utilization. Handle deviations and take corrective actions. Contribute to developing a positive and engaging work environment. Be an important link between operators and the line manager Who Are You? Confident in your leadership Qualifications High school diploma. Documented work experience from the manufacturing or food industry. Previous experience in operational leadership. Good knowledge of Office365 and experience working with digital tools. Fluent in both Swedish and English Meritorious Experience with process improvements.
