We are now looking for new colleagues for the winter season at one of Sweden's ten largest ski resorts. Your Tasks In the ski workshop, you ensure that all rented ski equipment meets the requirements of the next guest and help guests with their own equipment. Common tasks include waxing skis, grinding steel edges, working the cash register, and cleaning machines. Your main task is to provide good service to our guests. Selection of Work Tasks Prepare the guest's private skis so that the binding and boot fit properly. Grind skis in our large grinding machine. Help guests and colleagues with questions about our ski equipment and guests' own equipment. Process payments at the cash register. Wax and mount skis. Prepare pre-booked equipment. Assist in the ski rental returns. The position also includes work tasks in the ski rental department. During our internal training, you will learn everything you need to work in our ski workshop and help in the ski rental. We see that you have an interest in skiing and enjoy working with people – both adults and children. You are handy and have an interest in learning more about how ski maintenance affects skiing. You often need to be resourceful to find solutions to guests' problems when they come to you for help. You are stress-resistant, step up when needed, and like to work across department boundaries. We see it as a given that you are cheerful, positive, and service-oriented. At Kungsberget, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Be able to work both day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends. Class B driver's license and access to a car Merits Experience working in a ski workshop and knowledge of skiing.
