You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find the route and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we are working to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work part-time? This is a job for you who are flexible with work shifts that usually occur on short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and will be able to be offered work shifts in the evenings between approximately 16:30-21:00, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Bäckaskogsvägen 10, Skövde. What you will do Loading, picking up and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private or business customers. Who you are Curious and self-driven: You do a large part of the work on your own, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation and delivery are keywords. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Good physical condition: Yes, you are sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and delivering. For this you need to have good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
