You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find the route and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transportation is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to major city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you who are flexible with work shifts that usually occur on short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and will be able to be offered work shifts during daytime, Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00. You will be based at Terminalgatan 7, Nässjö. What you will do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers. Who you are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the job alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & steady: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sitting still while driving, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relations need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
