You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we are working to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you are flexible with work shifts that usually occur with short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and you may be offered work shifts Monday to Friday within the time frame 15:00 - 22:15. The position starts in week 45 and continues thereafter until further notice. We would like you to have the opportunity to work 2-3 times per week. A forklift license is a merit. You will be based at Cementvägen 8, Luleå. What you will do Loading, picking up, and distribution of packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers. Who you are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the job on your own, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and delivering. For this you need to have good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unplanned situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feel. You are unique: We place great value on your personal qualities.
