We are an acute and intensive care unit that provides care for sick newborns and premature babies from gestational week 28. We work in interprofessional teams consisting of pediatricians, nurses, and nursing assistants, and the core of our work is always family-centered care. We provide individualized onboarding based on the prior knowledge you possess. For us, it is important that you feel confident in your role before you start working as one of two nurses during a shift. We welcome both those new to the nursing profession and those with more experience. If you are new to your role as a nurse, we offer as a foundation eight weeks of onboarding followed by four weeks where you work independently but as one of three nurses. These positions are permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement.
