Are you a licensed nurse looking for a varied and independent role where you make a difference for people every day? We are now seeking two nurses for Högsbotorp Short-Term Care Facility in the Southwest district.
With us, you will meet patients who need support to recover and return to their daily lives. In our short-term units, patient admission and discharge rates are high, and patients typically stay around 14 days. The short-term units also care for patients waiting for alternative housing. We often see clear progress during their stay. Following people on their path to recovery makes the work both meaningful and inspiring.
The "Close-to-Home Care Transition" – where more and more patients are cared for in their own homes – places high demands on care planning and safe care transitions. Care planning and care at our short-term facilities are an important part of our health and medical care system.

About You
We are seeking a licensed nurse. If you have previous experience in nursing, that is certainly a plus, but we also welcome newly qualified nurses. It is a merit if you have further education in elderly care or experience working in short-term care facilities. A B driver's license is a requirement.
The role of nurse requires that you can independently oversee, prioritize, and perform your work tasks. To provide the best possible care, you also need well-developed collaboration skills, as we work as a team around patients. Meeting patients and their relatives is an important part of the work, so we think it is important that you are attentive and can understand the needs of others while providing good treatment.
