Your responsibilities
You will work in an interdisciplinary team with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and physicians. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring patient care and work closely with other healthcare providers to create a safe and cohesive care chain.
The work is varied with both planned and acute interventions. You perform medical assessments, prioritize interventions, and guide nursing staff. With us, you get to use your broad competence and be part of developing work methods, routines, and quality in care.
We are seeking nurses for three of our units:
Gryta Dementia Center
Here we care for multimorbid patients with dementia in a short-term facility. You have overall responsibility for medical care at your unit and guide the team staff. Care duration for our patients varies from a few days to a few months.
Home Healthcare
Here we care for patients in their homes and work closely with home services and primary care. As the nursing care coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring care. When you work on-call shifts, you have the security of home healthcare's well-established cooperation with the Mobile Family Doctor Unit.
Nursing Unit VÅBO
You work with patients at care and residential facilities. You have overall responsibility for medical care at your unit and guide the team staff. There is also a resource group here that supports multiple units.
Your qualifications
You are confident in your professional role and can make independent decisions. Through your calm and attentive manner, you meet each individual based on our values Always the best possible encounter and provide security to both customers and relatives in their situation. You see leadership as a natural part of the work and enjoy working in a team.
You have a Swedish nursing license and preferably experience working as a nurse. Experience working with elderly people or people with dementia is a great advantage.
Within Home Healthcare and VÅBO, you will drive a car for work purposes and therefore you need a category B driver's license and driving experience.
