We are now seeking two nurses – one for a permanent position and one for a temporary assignment. Your Responsibilities Since we work with a wide range of illnesses, diagnoses, and conditions, you will have the opportunity to develop greatly in your profession in this role. You are the person who meets the patient when they arrive at the emergency department, are available to answer questions, and make the patient feel secure. Your responsibilities consist of performing checks, taking samples, applying casts, and assisting doctors with various procedures. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so you will have the opportunity for great variation in your working hours. We put considerable effort into scheduling and have, among other things, ensured that every fourth weekend on duty is possible, which has become a successful concept for our employees. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse with good experience in the profession. We see that you are clear in your communication and that you have the ability to create security and calm in the patients you meet. For us, collaboration is of utmost importance, both within the team and between clinics. It is important that you can work independently and can make your own decisions when required.
