About the role As a nurse with us at our residences, you get varied work where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but where you also make assessments and make decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include offering good palliative care. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. Main responsibilities
Medication management
Work in national quality registers
Supervision of care personnel
Nursing care responsibility for patients

As a person, you are responsible, independent and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care staff in healthcare and nursing tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Registered nurse
At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
Meritorious if you also have
Experience from work in private care operations
Experience in supervision
Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
