Sätra Din Health Center currently has approximately 30 employees and provides primary care in a multicultural area. We offer medical consultations, district nurse consultations, child health services at the family center, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physical therapy, home visits, and specialist consultations for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our team is highly engaged and participates in developing our operations in all aspects. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who collaborates easily with others while having the ability to structure and take great personal responsibility for your tasks. You prioritize our patients' wellbeing and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You adapt easily to changing situations and understand the importance of contributing to good team cohesion in the workplace.
As a nurse/district nurse with us, you should:
• be a licensed nurse with prescribing authority
• have authorization to work within Swedish healthcare
• hold a valid class B driver's license.
For this position, it is advantageous if you are trained as a district nurse, have completed diabetes education or asthma/COPD education. Previous experience in primary care work and/or work at an asthma/COPD clinic is also advantageous.
We offer a full-time position but are also open to discussing other solutions and your preferences regarding employment level and arrangements.
