WORK DUTIES Work as a nurse in home healthcare is largely independent and involves assessing, planning, organizing and performing medical treatment and care measures for patients enrolled in municipal healthcare and for whom you have care responsibility. In this position you will work with our LSS operations, which means you meet patients with varying functional limitations and need for individually adapted care in their homes according to LSS. The work is varied and involves everything from medical assessments, sampling and dressing changes to more advanced home healthcare. You are responsible for the patient's care process and participate in multidisciplinary teams together with occupational therapist, physiotherapist and healthcare assistant. You also have close contact with relatives and are an important link between patient and other healthcare providers. As a nurse with us you are responsible for supervising and delegating care staff, you are also a support for other team members around the patient. Your knowledge and experience are valuable, so it is part of your role to contribute to the organization's improvement work. Collaboration is a major part of your role and a success factor in the assignment. You need to be able to work with both acute issues and long-term goals. We work daytime, every sixth weekend and public holidays according to schedule. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or nurse. You have good collaboration skills. For us this means you work well with others and can create constructive collaboration for change. To manage the assignment you need to have a flexible approach and organize and prioritize activities effectively. You have good experience with work in IT-based medical record systems and you can express yourself well in Swedish both spoken and written. B-category driver's license is a requirement.
