Within our unit, a total of 10 registered nurses work, of which 3 work nights. We have close and well-functioning collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, benefits advisors, managers, and other care personnel. We are facing digitalization, establishment of management systems, and continued development of our quality work. Home healthcare is organized within the Social Services Department, Health and Medical Care. We are now pooling our resources to meet future needs by analyzing our operations, finding new ways of working, and above all continuing to develop quality, personalized care. Your Assignment as a Registered Nurse As a registered nurse with us, you work as a patient-responsible nurse within home healthcare in ordinary housing. You get independent and varied work with considerable responsibility – and at the same time, a team around you that is close by when you need support and guidance. We want to give you the opportunity to develop based on your experience, competencies, and interests. There are, for example, opportunities to deepen your knowledge in areas such as: - palliative care - incontinence - wound care - quality work and operations development We believe in learning together and gladly share our knowledge and experience. We document in the journal system Cosmic and also work with quality registers such as Senior Alert, the Palliative Register, and BPSD. Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse. Specialist education is an advantage. Since we work in several different IT systems, good computer skills are a requirement. A B driver's license is required. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. You have the opportunity to participate in and influence scheduling. Interviews will begin during week 39.
