Your tasks as a nurse include assessing, planning, implementing, leading and following up on healthcare interventions in consultation with the individual, their family and other staff. The care provided ranges from preventive to advanced care. Together with your colleagues, you will drive and develop a competent operation where high-quality care and person-centered care are in focus. With us, you work together with colleagues who have extensive experience and strong combined expertise in a multidisciplinary team with other nurses, as well as physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Your work also includes collaboration with nursing staff, doctors and managers, as well as mentoring nursing staff and performing delegation tasks. Work is mainly during daytime, but you will also work evenings and weekends, including a four-week weekend rotation. We want you to have a good work environment with balance between work and leisure. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position as you will travel to our different facilities and transport patients by car. It is meritorious if you have experience with independent assessments as a nurse, but we also welcome you who are new to the profession.
