You will work at care and housing facilities in the Centrum - Majorna/Linné areas. As a registered nurse with us, you play an important role in creating safe and person-centered care. You plan, structure, and implement interventions based on each patient's individual needs, working closely with the patient and their family members. You make independent medical assessments and are responsible for treatment and care activities. Documentation and follow-up are performed in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. You will work according to a base schedule with primarily daytime hours. During an eight-week period, you work only six evening shifts – four weekday evenings and two weekend evenings. About You We seek someone who is a licensed registered nurse. Experience as a registered nurse is a merit, but we also welcome those new to the profession. Since we work within a larger geographic area during evenings and weekends, a driver's license is a requirement. Since the work involves documentation in various digital systems, you need to have good computer skills. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in order to document according to HSL. As a registered nurse, you meet patients, family members, and colleagues daily in the housing facility operations. We therefore seek someone who has good interpersonal skills and who is confident and clear in your communication. You also need to have good teamwork abilities and enjoy working independently. Since much of the work takes place at the housing facilities, you need to feel confident in your nursing role and be able to make well-founded assessments and make decisions – even when the situation requires it.
