Our services include surgical, orthopedic, and urological care. You will work in a small team with close interdisciplinary collaboration, which provides excellent opportunities to influence working methods and contribute to the development of the operation. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a registered nurse at our orthopedic/surgical clinic in Bollnäs, you will work in a varied and developmental setting with daytime clinic work, Monday through Friday. Evening clinics are part of the assignment. The role involves a combination of administrative and patient-centered tasks, where you are responsible for planning, coordination, and nursing care interventions. The work is varied and requires a good ability to handle periods with high pace. You will be part of a committed team that together works to provide patients with safe and high-quality care. You will primarily work daytime hours Monday through Friday, but the position includes rotation shifts where approximately 20 percent of your working time is allocated to operations that run 24/7, including holidays. As a registered nurse with us, you will work with, among other things: • telephone advice/consultation • appointment scheduling • planning before visits • assisting our experienced physicians in daily work through support tasks • managing your own patients with tasks such as casting, suture removal, dressing changes, and so on. You work in a structured manner in administrative work and have the ability to plan, organize, and follow up your work in a careful manner. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to make your own decisions in daily work.
