Registered Nurse for Residential Care – Make a difference every day!
Are you looking for meaningful work where your expertise makes a real difference in people's quality of life? We are now seeking an engaged and confident registered nurse for the Social Services Department, placed within residential care.
About the Position
As a registered nurse in residential care, you play a central role in creating security, safe care, and good quality of life for our residents. You work closely with care staff, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, physicians, and family members to ensure person-centered care with the individual's needs in focus.
With us, you will have independent and varied work where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute your expertise in an operation that values quality, collaboration, and care.
For this position, evening shifts and shifts every fourth weekend are required. During evening and weekend shifts, you work across the municipality's entire responsibility areas (Home Care, Residential Care, and LSS).
Since we are a relatively small municipality and nursing unit, employees need to switch main areas when the operation's needs require it. This approach fosters team spirit, good collegial cohesion, and makes experience sharing a natural part of our daily work.

- Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on care measures.
- Guide and support nursing staff in health and nursing matters.

- Are a registered nurse.
- Have a genuine interest in elderly care and person-centered care.
- Are responsible, flexible, and have good collaboration skills.
- Can work independently and make well-founded decisions.
