Then this might be the position for you. Duties We are now seeking an experienced nurse for a rotation service where you combine work on the care ward with work at the stroke unit two days per week. On the care ward, you will work with patients in: Acute stroke and neurology Stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation Geriatrics The work encompasses everything from acute assessments and patient care to rehabilitation, care planning, and support during the patient's recovery. The position offers a varied workday where you get to use all of your nursing skills. At the stroke unit, you will follow up with patients after stroke and work long-term on recovery, risk factors, medication management, lifestyle habits, and secondary prevention. Here you have the opportunity to meet patients at a different stage of their care journey and contribute to safe, person-centered follow-up. The rotation service gives you a unique opportunity to understand the entire care chain and contribute to patient care and recovery through multiple phases of the care process. You have the ability to work independently, make your own decisions, and take responsibility for both patient care and business development. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating with other professions and see the value of teamwork in creating the best care for the patient. You are flexible and can handle varying work pace where acute situations alternate with planned interventions and long-term care contacts. We also see that you have a person-centered approach and genuine interest in patients' recovery, health, and well-being. As a person, you are curious, development-oriented, and motivated by broadening and deepening your competence. Experience in stroke care, neurology, rehabilitation, or geriatrics is a merit.
