Description of the Operations
Haninge Municipality operates five care and service residential facilities; Hagagården, Vallagården, Ros-Anders gård, Malmgården, and Terrassen. The operations have varying focuses with somatic care, dementia care, and short-term accommodation, collectively encompassing a total of 245 care beds.
Work within the department is characterized by modern working methods, high expertise, and the use of the latest welfare technology. We work with the individual in focus - the elderly should feel at home with us and experience that their individual needs are met in an environment characterized by community, security, and warmth.
All operations maintain close collaboration and a common platform with overarching routines and working methods. Staffing is coordinated continuously between operations based on current resources and needs.

Your Assignment
We are now seeking a substitute nurse for Ros-Anders gård in Tungelsta!
We offer you stimulating daytime work with shifts Monday through Friday. You will receive excellent conditions for your assignment through structured introduction in the operations together with our experienced nurses.
As the responsible care nurse, you lead the daily care work in collaboration with our multiprofessional team consisting of care personnel, occupational therapists, physical therapists, doctors, and other relevant professionals and stakeholders.
You maintain close collaboration with the responsible medical organization and monitor the residents' health status together with doctors and implement the prescribed measures.
You plan, lead, and follow up on the work conducted within your area of expertise.
You guide and train employees to maintain relevant knowledge according to your profession.
You are well versed in the operations and follow up and investigate deviations within your area of expertise.
You lead the structured work with risk assessments and follow them up.
Your Competence
You are a licensed nurse who is confident in your professional role and have experience from elderly care.
You enjoy working in a team.
You have very good communicative ability, both verbally and in writing.
You have very good social skills both in meeting care recipients and in collaboration with colleagues.
You are committed, flexible, and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
You have high digital competence.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
As a person, you have a commitment to working with the elderly and you understand the importance of having good cooperation with colleagues. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with residents, relatives, and employees. You are responsible and self-driven and can adapt your working method to the situation.
