Our clinic is located at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm, within walking distance of the train station, which provides excellent commuting options. The clinic employs about fifty people with different professions and treatment approaches. The clinic consists of an on-call team, a substance abuse center, a base team, and a psychosis team. Your Responsibilities At the clinic, you will be one of several nurses, and you will have experienced colleagues with high competence who are interested in utilizing your experience and knowledge. You will work as a nurse in outpatient care. However, during illness and vacations, we help each other across the teams. Treatment work is carried out both in teams and in individual contacts with joint interprofessional treatment conferences. As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for standard medical treatments, talk-based treatment based on your competence, and participation in care planning. Supervision is offered. Your Qualifications You are a registered nurse. It is desirable that you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience from psychiatric outpatient work. It is a requirement that you have worked as a registered nurse in psychiatry. Further, experience of collaboration with other actors is meritorious. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as the ability to take your own initiative and work independently as well as good collaboration skills.
