About the Operations
At the Psychiatric Emergency Department, residents in the region seek assessment and care for their acute psychiatric condition.
We are now looking for a nurse to join our team! As a nurse, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries with strong cohesion and patient-centered teamwork.

The operation is open 24/7, so you will work scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. This is a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement.
Responsibilities
You will work on common, engaging, responsible, and qualified tasks! As a nurse, you will:
Conduct acute assessment conversations.
Perform NEWS checks, assessments, and blood draws to determine further management and interventions.
Provide telephone advice/assessment when people call the department.
Administer medications.
Documentation.
Work leadership.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
Is a licensed nurse
Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is meritorious if you
Have further education in psychiatry
Have work experience in psychiatry and experience assessing acute conditions
Have additional language skills
