You lead nursing staff, delegate work and follow up on it, and participate in the development of the unit together with the unit manager. You also maintain contact with the ordering unit, various psychiatric outpatient clinics and family members/guardians/administrators. You are responsible for 9 residents. You will work in a team in close collaboration with two other registered nurses and other nursing staff.
